We have invested heavily in technology to be able to respond to your everyday questions, fast. Each call is logged which allows our support reps quick and easy access to existing issues. Calls are queued in the order received to provide first come first serve response.

HealthCo has contracted with WebEx to allow us instant access to your individual desktop. For all those situations you just can't explain, this tool allows us to view it simultaneously with the end user through an internet connection. The addition of this tool alone has severely increased efficiency and response time.
